Our theme was about Lesbian, Gays, Trisexual and Transgender (LGBT) people. I learned to embrace whatever differences they have as to compare with the straight gender people. In fact many intelligent people belong to LGBT class.

So going back, here are the activities we've done for the past week.

Monday
-Opening of the exhibit at RH Lobby. All BehSci majors were required to wear a smart casual attire. Hahaha. :)) I looked stupid. It is because I act younger than my age. I bet people wouldn't take me seriously if they see me wear that again! Hahaha. On the other hand, the jeepney driver wouldn't believe me that I am only a college freshie. *insert evil look here* Hahaha. :))
-DBsoria opened. The first years only had a few to sell (mostly are Dongca's shirts) but upon our setting up, we were able to sell P150 worth of hand-me-down stuffs. Lucky, aren't we?
-I was able to watch Boys Don't Cry. Haaaaa! It was my FIRST TIME to watch such kind of movies. I haven't eaten my lunch yet when I watched the movie. Result? I lost my appetite for the entire day. Seriously. We were supposed to watch another movie but I insisted not to. One is too much.
-My second time to get stranded along España. Darn! I was able to go home at 10:30 in the evening. I got my phone lowbatt because of Angge's continual sending of SMS. Tsssk. So I ended up asking someone to text my dad for me (He's waiting for me at The Block) and I was even mistaken for doing a Modus Operandi (sp?). Ha! I hate that day. And oh, this was my first baha experience in UP Manila.

Lesson Learned: Don't watch a sensual movie if you haven't eaten anything.
Lesson Learned #2: Don't ever try to send Angge an SMS if it's flooded in España. You might possibly not arrive home anymore because your phone is lowbatt. Hahaha. Peace out, Angge! Loovee you!

Tuesday
-Haha. No classes the whole day! :) Yeah. DBSoria duty again.
-Attended Chorva Chat, a symposium about LGBTs. The author of Orosa-Nakpil was there. Mind you, he is a Med student at UPM! Hahaha. I was surprised when I learned he was only a student. :) Donie Santos was an intelligent man-slash-woman. Hahaha. :)) I love it when he talks! He has wisdom. Sana naging lalaki na lang siya. Sayang, ang gwapo eh! The symposium opened my mind. We shouldn't discriminate the LGBTs. Like us, they also have feeling, they pay the same amount of taxes as we do... So why discriminate them? Nice point, Ms. Donie. :)

Wednesday
-No classes again! :)
-Attended practice for the batch presentation.
-QuizBeh! Congrats to George and Jeanesse! They won 1st and 2nd place respectively. :)
-Watched the AnthroDocu of the Seniors. I wasn't able to watch all of the documentaries but I like the docu about the Embalsamador. It takes a lot to do the said job. Courage and dedication must be possessed by the person who will attempt to enter this field. And I won't ever try it. I don't like dead people. x_x

Thursday
-My second baha experience.
-I went home with Trinz. Thanks for the ride! :) Mwahmwah.ü
-We had classes in Philo and History.

Friday
-EKN. I am very decided already. I would not shift to any course anymore. I'm going to enter the PR department or the HR department when I work. Since, as everyone has said, I am a people-oriented person... I opt to continue the course. :) Yeaaah!
-Culminating activity in the afternoon. :) MemCom served the dinner. The rice we served wasn't enough. :) Oh well! I guess BehSci people have big stomachs. :) I wasn't able to eat well but I enjoyed serving people their food. :) Really. Tiring yet fun. Batch presentations were all good. Mr. & Ms. BehSci winners were deserving! I wouldn't explain further. Just view my photos page, I guess it will be enough to explain how the DBS week went! It was successful. :) Yeaay! Thanks to everyone! Especially to BESTSOC Execom and Members! Congrats to us. :)
-My third baha experience. Haaaay. I got my rubber shoes and socks soaked in water. Ewww.

So there. That how my DBS week came and went. Very busy isn't it?

Saturday, August 19, 2006

This blog has been abondoned for like two weeks. Sorry, I can't really find time to update this blog. And I'm missing writing here. Really. I've been hooked updating my LJ since it's a lot easier to manage plus the fact that it has a lot of visitors. Oh well, here are the things that happened to me since the last time I updated:

*Had my MathI departmental exam and passed it!

*Food trip at Tokyo Tokyo with Kiko, Karissa, and Elie.

*Site visit for NSTP

*Attended Work Values Seminar

*Had a long quiz at CommI which was counted wrongly. (It lacks 10 points. x_x)

*Had my interview for my HistoI project.

*Field trip at Greenpeace! Yebah!

*Had listened to my voicetape when I was 2 years old. Visit my LJ blog to know more. :)

Nothing really exciting. Uh well, except for tons of homework. Like what my blockmate, Mary, has mentioned in her blog... How toxicated can we get. This is too much suffering! Haha. Oh well. That's a students life. :)

Sunday, July 30, 2006

I'm here again after ages. I'm turning into a semi-Tabon cave man for the reason of piled school works. I mean it! And I'm never this hardworking when I was in high school. Oh, what changes college life brings!

I won't be making this entry very long though. Just for the sake of updating it. This blog is going to the dogs. Haha. You see, I have to do lots - Power Point presentationsssssssssssssssssssssssss for History and readingsssssssssssssssssssssssss, (emphasis on the "s"), reaction paper for BehSci (which is long overdue) and the definition of terms, practicum for Pilates (which I haven't started practicing), the outline and journal for Comm and above all that makes me toxicated already, the dreaded and unwanted long exam for Math. Mind you, I'm not yet half done with everything. So good luck to me and to everyone else in the block.

I'm not complaining or anything. Haha. Am I sounding sarcastic already?

Whatever. So much for now.

Monday, July 24, 2006

My Xanga blog has been long abandoned.

There are a lot of things that happened to me since the time I stopped updating my Xanga. My eating of lollipop for three days, suspension of classes, numerous visits at QueSci and my involvement at Behavioral Studies Society (BeStSoc) to name a few. Forgive my laziness. And I'm now really hooked updating my LJ blog. :) Happiness.

And no classes again for this day. Reason? I don't really know, maybe it's the SONA of GMA or probably the typhoon Glenda. Or both. Haha. Whatever. This is pointless. I'm getting senseless. Maybe I'll just narrrate the things that happened to me last Saturday during the picnic of BeStSoc. I won't be telling everything in detail because anyone who wishes to join BeStSoc would no longer experience the excitement. *evil laugh*

Btw, it was Ms. Marie San Diego's (my English teacher when I was in third year) last Saturday. Happy Birthday! :)

*//

We were asked to assemble at BeStSoc's tambayan at 7am. Obviously and nothing new, I am late. Fifteen minutes late. Haha. Oh well, at least I'm not the last one who arrived. I'm actually early although the old members and the ExeCom of the org were already there. July 22 is white day for BeStSoc. All applicants (even the old members) are wearing white. It has been the practice of the org since it has been established. Five minutes before 8am, we left UPM and proceeded to PGH ward 5 where the Pedia Fair was held. Before I forget, BeStSoc applicants were asked to supervise the Pedia Fair. This was held last Friday. And it was a tough thing since the kids were of different personalities. You get me, they are special children. Going back, I went to PGH with my ninang, Ate Ruby. :) It was our only time to bond since we seldom see each other. Mind you, she's really pretty. And nice as well. Her birthday's after mine. I guess this is destiny! Haha.

Here's our picture:

Satisfied?

Upon our arrival, applicants were already secluded in one room. No conversations allowed. Complete silence. My butt hurt since before my turn, I have to wait for 2 hours. Good.

*whoops, editted*

Sorry if my entry is too vague. I can't really reveal it. Sorry. It was a happy and memorable experience. I've never experienced those things we were asked to do. I'll never regret I joined BeStSoc. :) Weeee. I'm an official BeStSoc member already.

And I learned that I cannot easily have the things I want. I have to work hard for them. Truly, this experience will help me strive as I go one with my everyday life. Thanks to BeStSoc. :)

*//

You'll soon understand what I meant with the things I have mentioned. ^.^

I'm an egg keeper! :) Haha. I so love eggs right now! I don't mean anything green with this.

Friday, July 07, 2006

I have an LJ. Visit it: http://pastelwinkle09.livejournal.com

Please do leave a comment there.ü

That's a Tagalog version of my blog. Bob Ong's Stainless Longganisa inspired me to create a Tagalog journal. My, he's really good. I mean, I wouldn't want to plagiarize and adopt his style of writing but his style is one-of-a-kind.

And I'm taking it back. I would be using the apostrophes again ('). My entry is in conversational though written. I bet you find it very uneasy to read my previous entry. So did I.

Anyway, my day is a disaster.

Losing your Sig Sheet for BeStSoc and finding it in the trashcan, getting a 41/50 for an easy test at CommI, waking up at 2:30 this morning for SocSci assingment and being not able to find the two members of BeStSoc to complete my Sig Sheet and in fact they were present today. This is bad.

Read my LJ for further deatils.

I'm not really in the mood to tell things about me right now. It's just frustrating that despite all those efforts, things happen even you don't want it to. But it's normal. Everyone undergoes this situation.

Oh, I haven't read the essays of my groupmates. Plus I haven't accomplished my worksheet for NSTP. It's 12:23AM and I have to leave the house at 7:30AM. This means I need to sleep.

Here I go again, CRAMMING. My favorite thing.

Monday, July 03, 2006

Am I weird, unaware or too innocent?

I guess the three words suit me very well.

It seems like that I am not aware of what is happening around me. I guess it is not really my nature to gossip or intrude to one's privacy. AND the things I am discovering now shocks me a lot! And my friends not to mention were also shocked. To think that almost everyone around me knows the "issue", I can say that I am weird, unaware and innocent. Maybe it is because we are still child-at-heart that is why our consciousness is not that sensitive yet. But what I have discovered is a mind opener. A portal that leads to the world of maturity and reality.

I would not narrate the things in detail. Sorry if what I'm saying is vague. You can ask me if you please.

***

Pristine and I saw each other last Saturday after my NSTP. :) I introduced her to my blockmates. We met at Go Nuts Donuts and ate at KFC at Robinson's Place Manila. Then I toured her around UP Manila and went to UP Diliman afterwards hoping to see a Scientian but was not able to. We might have spent only a little time with each other but seeing her again makes me miss more! I heart you, My HUMPS! ♥

***

We don't have so much to do as of now. (And hopefully on the succeeding days.ü) Though we have a lot to do in History, everything is still managable, unlike the first two weeks of school. Thank God. :) And mind you, I am starting to love History.ü I am very particular with teachers and subject matters. I don't know what makes me like History very much. It is a common knowledge to everyone that I HATE memorizing. History is a memorizing subject. Therefore I hate History. But that was BEFORE. Now, I love it.ü Really, no pretensions.

And Philosophy no to mention. Although our professor scares me a little. He has this habit of surprising students. He will suddenly call you and you cannot say no to him. He is scary. But I like Philo. :)

Behavioral Science is my major. But it seems it is like Values Education. Why? Another thing, I'm transferred into the afternoon section of this subject. Noooo! That means late dismissal. And that is what I am avoiding.

Communication I is pretty fun though we always have assignments every now and then. And I have learned that one should not be using an apostrophe (') in written language. If you will notice, I am no longer using shortened terms like I'm, wouldn't, won't, aren't, isn't, etc.ü It is a new learning, isn't it? (Tag questions are exempted from the rule, btw.ü)

Haha. CommI teacher wannabe.

Social Science I has the most number of readings. Would you believe that I still do not have any of the 25 required readings. And my SocSciI class will be tomorrow. How nice can that get?

Tomorrow will be my PE. Hopefully I would not get muscle pains. A big no-no. I would like to visit QueSci on Wednesday. WITHOUT my body tired.

***

So long for now, I have nothing to say more.

Adios. :)

Wednesday, June 28, 2006

No homeworks, FINALLY.

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Now, I already have the luxury of time to have my blog updated.

First Week. It went fine. Except for the piles of homework given by our professors. I have mentioned them all on my previous entry. We also had our Orientation Seminar (OrSem) on the second day of our classes. That’s also the time we got to know every person in our block. We have had games that would help us remember the names of our blockmates. We also wrote the first impressions we have for one another. Here are some of the impressions they have for me:

Lively and cheerful – Nat

Tahimik (shocks, I have fooled someone by my angelic looks. ü)

Ang saya!

Nice

Mabait

Masayahin

Mabait na maasahan

Interesting

Makulit

Cool

Astig

Makulay (yes, I was wearing variety of colors during our OrSem so I’m not surprised if somebody attempted to write this!)

Bond tayo! (I wonder who wrote this but probably we have already bonded since I’m already familiar with everyone in our block)

Happy – Briege (Briege! My favorite chatmate. ü)

Cute :) (Thank you! Hahaha.)

Friendly

Outgoing – Aby

Simple

Prangka (true enough)

Makulay

Second Week. I didn’t have time for Internet during the second week. We still have lots to do. But the homework I enjoyed most was my History homework. Though, it was expensive and hard since we were asked to look for newspapers during the years 1906, 1931 and 1956 with the use of microfilm. Each page of the microfilm costs P4 and I spent P84 for that. After reading the newspapers, we were asked to write a reaction paper about every year. Burden. It was tiring and a hassle too, since we have to rush from UP Manila to UP Diliman because the library closes at 5PM, our dismissal is at 2:30PM and the estimated time to get to Quezon City from UP Manila is about 1 ½ hour.

***

I'm not really in the mood to tell things about me lately. There's nothing special happening except that I eat at McDonalds almost everyday and I've gotten new friends, aside from Elie and Nat. :) And I'm starting to enjoy my college days. Challenging yet fun.

I'm telling you, I'm really busy. I'm only bombarded with 5 paper works in History I, 2 in BehSci, 2 in Comm I. All due this week. Hear me! All due THIS WEEK. Plus a 50-page reading for Philo I, the 1987 Philippine Constitution and the Act of Declaration of Independence at Kawit, Cavite for History I. How nice can that get? Probably, I'll be updating this weekend. (And hopefully no homeworks).

P.S.: I didn't go to school today because of the 3 paper works that will be submitted tomorrow for History. I'm not used to this. Really.

Tuesday, June 13, 2006

First Day High.

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

It rained cats and dogs. There was a little flood. And I’ll be telling more about this later.

The eve of my being a kolehiyala wasn’t good. I’ve gotten insomnia. I lay on the bed at about 10 in the evening and I manage to sleep at about 11:30pm. How was that? I can’t sleep because I was gasping for breath. I don’t know why. I felt an explicable feeling. I was like craving for food and/or throwing up while trying to put myself to sleep. Maybe this is what they call pre-first day jitters. Whatever that is.

I set the alarm clock to wake me at 4:30am. However, I managed to wake up two minutes earlier than the time I have set. I didn’t immediately get out of my bed; instead I was trying to put myself back to sleep again. At 4:40am, I decided to get out of the bed and ready myself for the first day high.

Ten minutes before 6 am, I left our home hoping that the day ahead of me will be full joyful anticipations for my college life. Hoping that the day ahead of me will lead me to the bright tomorrow I’ve been dreaming of since I was a kid.

I guess this day is my stepping-stone towards the fantasy I’ve wanted to be a reality. I wouldn’t explain further but the inspirational talk speaks for this.

6:10am. I was already at the North Edsa MRT Station. I got two copies of Libre Inquirer and headed to the girls’ couch. Upon the journey, I was just glancing the pages, pretending to be reading but actually laughing (in my mind, of course) at GMA’s whole-body half page picture. She looks like a hag. Hahaha.

Quarter to seven. I was already at the Edsa Station of LRT. Upon waiting for the train, surprisingly, I saw Jaime de Vera. :) I thought I would never see her today. We chatted all the way up to Pedro Gil station realizing that she was supposed to be going down at the said station. BUT THE TRAIN’S DOOR CLOSED! Hear me Jaime? THE TRAIN’S DOOR CLOSED. Partly, it was my fault because I knew (all these time) that it would be UN Ave Station that would come first and Pedro Gil Station next. THAT IS IF WE ARE FROM THE NORTH. But we both came from the south so it’s the other way around. Hahaha. Funny mistake isn’t it Jaime? :) I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t forget this day. Mark your calendar, my dear.

7:00am. Alyssa and I are supposed to meet at UN Ave Station. My, I didn’t know she would be an hour late. My patience was already at the critical level. After a 45-minute wait, I decided to leave her alone waiting in that station. But before I did left the station, I saw Ms. Jona Santos, my third year adviser. I wasn’t able to recognize her since she grew a little fat. Haha. Peace! :) Anyhow, we chatted about our Einstein-3 days and all that until she let go of me and told me that I should already proceed to PhilAm Life Auditorium. And I started to miss my Einstein-3 days that moment.

Upon walking along the UN Avenue (but before that, I lost my sense of direction since I went the other street not on where the auditorium was located), I saw Niña and walked with her. Then Steffi came and walked with us too. Then Karmel and Dane. Soon after, a group of Scientians were flocking the auditorium.

Later on, we all separated ways since we are supposed to be seated by college. I was with Karmel from 8-12:30 today. The orientation was begun with a mass. I sure did absorb the homily of the priest very well by relating the Wizard of Oz characters namely the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion to the life of a UPian.

After the mass, the orientation proper started. First was the singing of the National Anthem, followed by the prayer of student from different religions and the oh-so-mind-numbing yet informative inspirational talks of several personalities of UP.

The six college secretaries, by the way, also presented the freshmen students to the chancellor. I couldn’t remember what college was called first. The thing I wouldn’t forget was the number of freshmen from CAS. 460. Ang dami!

And some quotable lines from the college secretary, it sure is a silly one. I know you would find it a mad! It’s paraphrased though. Nevertheless, I made sure the content remains the same.

“I’m proud to present to you, the 40 Behavioral Science students. They would be the ones to study the behavior of humankind. They will study how to behave.”

“I’m proud to present to you the students from Political Science. They would be the ones to change the political scenery and will be the future politicians.”

I can’t remember the other lines said by the college secretary. Although, I’m pretty sure you’ll laugh your heart out since amongst the other 5 colleges, the characterization of the courses form our course was way too literal. It turned out to be a source of ridicule.

The UP Manila Chorale performed and intermission number. My, they’re brilliant! I wonder what kind of vocal chords they have?! After which was the performance of the UP Manila Indayog. Krismari Basco from batch 2005 of QueSci is already a member of that group. Surprising! Scientians do shine everywhere! :)

Would you believe someone offered me to join the tryouts for Indayog on July. I said a big NO. I don’t have any talents in dancing. From what I saw from the UP Manila Indayog, they were like doing headstand, tumbling and the list of risky stunts goes on. I can’t even do a cartwheel, what more a headstand?! Haha. If in case I joined that group, that would be a big insult. Period.

After the four-hour welcome assembly, our block had its lunch. Guess where? McDonalds. My taste buds can no longer absorb the taste of the foods there since I almost eat at McDo everyday. Cathlene and I can’t complain, “Why there?” because everyone in the block ate there. No choice.

At 1.30pm, we proceeded to the Gusaling Andres Bonifacio where we were going to have our college orientation. Before the orientation proper, the Wazzup, Wazzup from Studio 23 were there, featuring the first day high of college students from CAS. Haha. I wonder if I’ll get another exposure on TV. Let’s all wait for that. Tune in at Studio 23 everyday at 7-7:30pm. Give me a ring if you have seen me already! Hahaha. (And I don’t get paid while plugging this show)

The college orientation ended at 4:15pm. Everyone from BehSci proceeded to the O.U.R. to get our ID. Unluckily, we were stranded at the CAS’s gate since it started to rain very hard upon the time we arrived at the gate of CAS to leave for O.U.R.

While waiting for the rain to stop, I made friends with two of my block mates. The one I mentioned before, Natassia and the new one is Elie. Eleanore Garcia. What a small world! Her two siblings have studied at QueSci and Jerome Trinadad has been her classmate in first year high school. Wow!

When the rain settled a little, we started to venture the OUR. Unfortunately, when we reached the facade of the Supreme Court, it started to rain hard. The flood was like an ankle high. There was this guy named Julian who doesn’t have any umbrella. I told Elie to lend her umbrella to Julian and we’ll share in my umbrella instead. We arrived at the OUR really wet (not to mention, half of my pants got wet) but we were happy because we have gotten a new set of friends. :) I really thought I couldn’t meet a new friend today. I guess thing really go easy for me. And I got two! These new friends of mine have the same attitude as mine so it wasn’t really hard getting along with them. Julian even mistaken us for being long time friends since never ran out of stories and we can actually relate with each other! I hope they’ll remain my friends ‘til this A.Y ends. :)

After we have gotten our IDs, (it took us 35 minutes before we had our IDs in our possession. Paano kasi kailangan pa bolahin yung nasa window na nag-rerelease ng ID na maganda ang boses niya! And you should convince her. That’s the worst part) Nat, Elie and I went home together with a smile on our faces, knowing that we’ve gotten new set of friends. :)

Btw, I’m going to give it a try for The Manila Collegiate. I just don’t know if I’ll be able to make it. Oh well, I’ll just hope for the best. If God-willing, I’ll be able to be chosen, I just hope it wouldn’t be a destruction in my schedule. Or else, my happy days will be all but gone.

That’s how my first day high went. Tiring yet full of optimism as I face the days ahead of me. :)

Wednesday, June 07, 2006

I woke up early today compared to my usual wake up time, which is 9am. I set the alarm clock to wake me up at 7:45am but my body didn’t immediately respond to the wake up call. Therefore my sleep was extended up to 8am.

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

8am. I got out of the bed and went straight to the bathroom to take a bath. I wore my new pink blouse, which my mom bought to me after I had my enrollment at UP. To match this pink blouse, I also wore my pink sandals and dark blue jeans. After getting dressed, I proceeded to the dining table for breakfast.

I had a piece of burger and a piece of pandesal for breakfast. I didn’t bother to eat a lot since we’ll be spending our day at the QueSci canteen.

10am. The meeting time set by Pristine at McDo Carpark. I arrived 15 minutes late. Nothing new about my being late. Haha. :) So after spending an hour at McDo, we decided to go to QueSci to have our lunch.

11am. We ventured the grounds of QueSci. I even took a picture of the bathroom-like tiles of our school’s name located at the corner of Bago Bantay cor. Misamis Sts. The glistening metal letters of “Quezon City Science High School” surprised us. All in bold letters. There were 13 of us namely Francis, Dave, Anna K., Nadine, Mik, Pristine, Rachel, Isa, Karmel, Zoe, Raul, Jerome and me. Then we entered by two’s. I am with Anna K.

We first went to the school’s canteen to have our lunch. Unfortunately, the canteen was already filled up since the students are already having their lunch so we decided to occupy the gazebo located near the Calalay Bldg.

After forty minutes of spending fun time at the gazebo, the guard told us we should leave the school grounds since we don’t have any agenda at school. Like hello? We told you we’re gonna spend our lunch time here and that guard’s telling us that we don’t have any agenda in the school. Abiding citizens, we are, the moment we were asked to leave, we proceeded to the guard house to get our IDs.

Guess what? The guard wouldn’t let us get our IDs. We might do some kalokohan inside the campus. Is that a good reason not to return our IDs? My gosh, what a lame excuse. Excuse me, I’m harmless. We are harmless. Just don’t mess with me and everything will be fine. (Haha. Warfreak.)

But I remained calm and didn’t bother to fight over the our IDs with good-looking faces. Instead, I looked for Mrs. Villar to give her the reviewer she’s been asking for weeks ago. And I got the reason to stay longer in the school. The Filipino teachers even asked me to spend their lunch with me.

I got back at McDo Carpark at 12:15pm. They were all there except for me. I felt awkward since I have the feeling that I was the only one they are waiting for. Oh well sorry for that. I have advised you that they asked me to spend the lunch with them.

At 12:30pm, I asked over if they wish to roam around SM. Dave, Francis, Anna K., Mik and Nadine responded a yes so we went straight away there. We first went to NBS to buy school supplies for Anna K.’s siblings. After that, Raul and Francis played DoTA and the others went to the food court to have lunch. Anna K. had her food taken out and went home. Dave offered to accompany her so we are down to three that time. Nadine, Mik and I.

They ate their lunches and I had a glass of Healthie Sweet Corn. Then we set off to World’s of Fun to play.

I only played two tokens hoping that I could get an extra in return. But I guess this isn’t my lucky day. :( I didn’t get any extra coin for the slot machine game. Oh well!

2:45pm. We said our goodbyes. Nadine and Mik have gone home while I went back to McDo hoping Pristine is there. We have to eat a cone of ice cream since we have had a vow yesterday night that we’ll be eating one. Unluckily, I wasn’t able to find her so I made up my mind that I’ll be going back to school and meet with Ms. Digna since we’ve been planning to go out together and spend quality time sharing stories and everything under the sun.

3.15. Ms. Digna and I left the school and headed to BK. A very sentimental place for the two of us since this is where we had our little despedida party for her when she left for Japan to study. AND GOSH! I have learned a lot of things, both sensible and silly! HAHAHA. And I had a good laugh with you Ma’am! Thanks a lot! Thanks a million! Arigato gozaimasu! I’m looking forward for more of this. :) Mwaaah! I hope you can be able to read this. :)

We bade our goodbyes at 5pm. I walked effortlessly going to Veterans Golf Course so I can get home already.

To my surprise…

Raul and Francis were having their snack at our usual hangout place, the toknene-an. We shared a couple of stories then Raul asked if I already want to go home. Without hesitation, I went with him and said our goodbyes to Francis.

Now, my longing for QueSci was lessened. Even a little. Despite the forty-minute stay inside the campus, I felt that I was a student that I used to be in my high school days. The only difference is, I’m wearing a civilian and I’m already an alumna of the school. Seeing the students stroll around the soccer field or the canteen or simply hang out at the gazebo, at the umbrella or in front of their classrooms makes me miss the things I used to do BEFORE.

I miss the staff of the school, the teachers, the administrations staff (no matter how cross some of them are), Brownie and the school itself.

I miss QueSci. No matter high horrible some of my experiences were. I’ll still miss those times.

Sabi ni Sir Toledo, magkita raw kami minsan sa Robinson’s Place kasi may bahay sila sa Paco, Manila. :) Nice. Much better if you will be more than willing to treat the Manileñan students from QueSci. We’ll never ever forget you. That’s a promise. :)

***

Oh well! College here I come! :) That would be 6 days away and I can’t wait for that day. As closer the day gets, the more I get excited.

But high school days would always be the best as said by the elders. :) I guess they’re right.
